We owe the
celebration of Black History Month to Dr. Carter G. Woodson, son of former
slaves. After graduating high school at the
age of 20, he went on to receive his Ph.D.
from Harvard University studying the history of
Black Americans. Woodson believed that Abraham Lincoln and
Frederick Douglass, both born in February, had the greatest influence in Black
Americans success. Put your heart into
the Black History Trivia questions on the back of this menu. Answer all questions and receive a
prize. All entries are due no later than
February 19, 2008.
